This is where you can apply for either a Canon Character or create your own Custom. There is one template for each of the current races.1. When Secondary forms are used(Like Shinigami Bankai's or Arrancar Release's), it will recharge SP by 1200. It will not allow you to go over your SP limit however.-4.In order to use skill's with effects that can be maintained for a certain number of posts, half the original activation cost must be paid for each post the skill is kept up. The Captain of the 2nd Division also leads the Special Forces, the 2nd Division's duties are also directly tied in with the Stealth Forces missions and goals. he 13th division is in charge of the Communication's department in the Soul Society. It also assume's the largest responsibilites in the living world's protection against hollows.
