:Physical Description:: Todome is six foot four and weighs 154lbs, his hair is a dark brown and very smooth, combed back. His eyes are light grey. He has a light complexion, making him seem friendly enough.
His clothing is regular Shinigami robes and sandles.

:Personality:: Todome is usually friendly when it is a good day, but his mood often changes during storms due to him hating the rain.
He will open up to most people, but will become very serious when in the presence of an enemy, weighing up the different outcomes of the situation depending on his actions.
Todome will often simply act layed back, finding it an irritation when he is sent on a mission.

In battle, Todome will often weigh up his actions before acting, choosing what would be the most beneficial move.

:Background Information:: Todome was born in London, England and grew up in a wealthy family, getting a good education. By the time that he was 21, he had made many enemies, most of whom just wanted his money.
He was wlaking down the street one day when he was forced to take a detour due to a street being blocked off. He was mugged in an empty street and stabbed six times in the abdomen, arms and throat before dying.

His soul dwelled in the area for some time before a now dead Shinigami sent him to Rukongai.
Once there, it was discovered that he had powerful spirit power, and was recruited into the soul society into division 13, due to him excelling in fighting during his training.

Chiyudo 35~ Cost: 300 Sp
Moderate Regeneration
This is a basic but yet more advanced chiyudo. The user must stay within fifty feet of the patient while healing. It's rate of healing is faster and more efficent that the lower version. This may heal surface wounds, deep wounds and even muscle damage.

Hadou 63~ Cost: 400 Sp
Raikouhou - Lighting Tiger Canon
This is a high level hadou that usually only seated officers and higher know about. The caster gather reiatsu in their hands and shoots off in a destructive burst at the opponent. Hits with the force of 800 sp.

Bakudo 63~ Cost: 350 Sp
Sajo Sabaku
This bakudo is a very high level kidou that cannot be broken by physical strength alone. It features a wrapping of sand that may bind any part of the body together. In the past it was used to bind the captain Kensei immediately after his transformation into a vizard. If the kidou works, this requires the target to use 400 Sp in order to break free from this. Can only be effective if the target has less than 25% of the users SP.

Chiyudo 50~ Cost: 350 Sp
Reiastu Shield
The medical shinigami is often exposed to fighting on the battlefield. This brings with it a need to protect one's self while healing an injuried ally. It utilzes the wind element to deflect oncoming attacks with an equal or lower reiatsu pressure. An expansion of this shield may encompass the patient as well by paying twice as much reiatsu per post.

Bakudo 5~ Cost: 300 Sp
Rejection
This is a basic shinigami bakudo that relieves an illusion cast upon themselves or others. It consists of concentrating their reiatsu against the invading reiatsu to break the illusion. Despite popular belief, this bakudo will not work against the illusion of someone with higher reiatsu.

Bakudo 10~ Cost: 300 Sp
Earthern Statue
This is a kidou in which the caster makes it appear to the opponent that the earth beneath him/her is alive. It "appears" to grab their legs and "completely cover them in dirt". The dirt hardens and they may find it difficult to move in. If the kidou works, this requires the target to use 350 Sp in order to break free from this. Can only be effective if the target has less than 25% of the users SP.

:Zanpakuto Info:: The Zanpaktou's name is Raikan, his personality is very 'energetic', always wanting to fight and relieve his stress.
The normal form of the Zanpaktou is a long-ish katana with several lightning symbols on it.

Description: The blade will crackle with lightning, shocking anything it strikes.
