This is where you can apply for either a Canon Character or create your own Custom. There is one template for each of the current races.1. All First level personal powers(Example: Shikai or Sealed form powers) MUST cost a minimum of 200 Sp to use.-2. All Second level personal powers(Example: Bankai or Release form powers) MUST have a minimum sp cost of 300.-3. When Secondary forms are used(Like Shinigami Bankai's or Arrancar Release's), it will recharge SP by 1200. It will not allow you to go over your SP limit however.-4.In order to use skill's with effects that can be maintained for a certain number of posts, half the original activation cost must be paid for each post the skill is kept up. 1.|Rank/level of power: All ranks are given by post count number automatically.2.|All new characters start at rank 1.3.|Canon Characters start at the rank they have in the original story.4.|Any rank above 6 must be given manually by an admin because there is a limit on how many captains or espada there can be as well as the leaders for the quincy, and vizards.(Make sure you activate your "Spiritual Power Adjustment" on your profile. We're using an SP system for fights and this will allow you to keep track of how much energy your character has during a battle and edit your energy yourself.
